The order has been called to action

I have spoken with one of the foremost commanders of Emory Bay WvW and have secured us a place within the battle plan this Friday after server reset. We are to take The mountain fortress on the far left of our borderlands map and hold it against all attacks no matter what. I want to see some heads there, let us show them what the order is made of let them taste our resolve and know we will not waver if pushed. They will wash off our walls like water against rock.

We held Clifside in Emory bay borderlands for 2 days strait till it finally made Goon so angy they sent a 50+ zerg at our gates with 4 siege golems in order to take down the 5 of us defending it. I believe even though we have lost the tower we showed them our incredible resolve and have made the order of the black dragon known to those of this game as the foremost defensive guild.

The order of the black dragon captured the keep in WvW on Saturday and we held it for 12 hours straight against the onslaught of the enemy, and had it fully upgraded. I believe this showed the other 2 servers that the order is not some pushover and we are truly a force to be reckoned with. We even had a siege golem we have officially dubbed Shila. Such a beautiful sight to see our flags hanging over a keep for a change. Next we will take the citadel, Now onward my brethren and sisters to battle and glory, lets show them The Black dragon is truly a force to be feared.

It is also ONLY the beginning of our conquests into WvW in GW2... I have to say it's a great feeling to take over the map piece by piece. We also discovered that hunting the NPC creatures out there is an amazing way to earn cash pretty fast... there is the added danger of course, but it is well worth the effort. We need to do this more often and reap the benefits for all of us in the guild.

Caudecus's Manor Run

 

It was bad... it was ridiculous...

Last night we did a run in Caudecus's Manor for 4 of us the first time and for one of us it was the 3rd run. Apparently they upped the difficulty because we were getting killed in one or two shots with good gear and bounced and fear/bled etc like crazy. It was unpleasant as experiences go. As usual the NPC's were no help getting stuck which hardly mattered, because they were completely murdered in a couple swipes from the enemies anyways.

Our guild-mate who had done it before was so mad because she said it used to be fun.

We all pretty much logged off after that run and we were so broke from repair bills it was nuts... the only good was some rewards and I did get a level gain. It's wonderful to be part of such a great guild like this and it was still good spending time with everyone.

Just a helpfull table for everyone

Hey all I noticed this table today when I was looking over GW2 web sight, so these are the official percentages for game wide, not sure about server by server, but it should be roughly the same looking.

We Rock in AC

Yes we rock (pun intended). This was a recent all-nighter trip to the dungeon of Ascalonian Catacombs or AC as those of us in Guild Wars 2 call it. The Order of The Black Dragon is always doing stuff like this.. you are all awesome.
